What Should I Pay Attention to When Becoming a Member?

When registering, you must fill in your name, surname, e-mail address, password and security code completely.
Your e-mail address must be one that you currently use. We would like to remind you that we will send all your special notifications to this address.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number.
After filling in your membership information, you can complete your membership by pressing the "Confirm My Membership" button in the "Confirm Your Membership" e-mail we will send to your e-mail address.

How Can I Buy Doping?

During the advertisement, one or more of herneburada.com dopings can be purchased on the Special Page (while there is an active advertisement or when reactivating a passive advertisement). The doping can be changed or canceled before payment.

All Dopings received are directed to the payment page. On the payment page, the name of the doping, its validity period and price are displayed to users under the name "Order Summary".

Product information, validity period, and “Doping Usage Rules” regarding the purchased doping are automatically sent to the registered e-mail address of the users. What is the GeT Service Fee?

Secure e-Commerce Service Fee * is the amount deducted from your product sales price in the event that the sales transaction is successful (the buyer approves the product you sent via cargo). This amount includes VAT and bank deductions and does not change depending on whether your product is sold as a single payment or in how many installments.

Secure e-Commerce Service Fee varies depending on your herneburada.com membership type and the category in which your product will be offered for sale.

How Can I Post an Ad?

To post an ad on herneburada.com, simply click on the Post an Ad link after logging in . After determining the most appropriate upper and lower categories for your ad on the page that opens, you can move on to other sections by following the 'Continue' link.

In these sections;

• Determine the price and product details,
• Add photos and videos of the product if available,
• Determine your technical service request for the ad and the doping options that will make your ad stand out,

Once you complete the process, your ad will be ready to be published. Ads that are ready to be published will be sent to our ad editors to be checked and your ads that comply with the Ad Posting Rules will be published within 6 hours at the latest.

The “Advertising Rules” in all categories specified below apply to both our individual and corporate members. The member who enters the ad is deemed to have accepted and undertaken to comply with the advertising rules and the rules specified in the membership agreement.

The current list of products that are prohibited from being advertised on the herneburada.com portal can be accessed from the Prohibited Products List page. HERNEBURADA may add products that are prohibited from being advertised in accordance with the explanations it will make in the relevant sections of the portal. The “Member” must follow the products that are prohibited from being advertised up-to-date and must advertise on products that are not prohibited.

Users are obliged to use the information they access within the “Portal” only in accordance with the purpose of the “Member” or “HERNEBURADA” who disclosed this information and to view it for non-commercial purposes. The contact information in the advertisements entered by the Member who advertises may only be used for the purpose of contacting to obtain information about the advertisement. Personal data and/or special personal data belonging to the advertiser or third parties that are protected under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and may be included in the advertisement cannot be used for any other purpose, copied, published directly or indirectly in other media, processed, distributed, transferred to other databases and made accessible to third parties.

Separate advertisements should not be made for real estates located in the same site or block and having the same features. A single advertisement should be made and it should be stated in the description of this advertisement that there are also different apartments in the same location. A second advertisement entry with the same features is considered a duplicate (same record).
Different images must be used for each advert, and the same image should not be used in a second advert, even in the same location.
Real estate listings must be made by the property owner or with the approval of the property owner.
No representative price should be given for real estate for sale or rent. For flats with a loan or cooperative debt, the price should be entered by adding the remaining debt to the cooperative or the amount to be paid to the bank.

Individual or corporate members who purchase the Store package cannot publish advertisements for properties belonging to banks on the Portal. If they do, the advertisement will be removed from publication and the Store will be closed.

Those who publish daily rental advertisements are obliged to act in accordance with the new regulations introduced by the Decree Law on Certain Regulations within the Scope of the State of Emergency dated 22/11/2016, legal legislation and the Advertisement Publication Rules on the Portal. The Daily Rental Advertiser will be solely responsible for the penalties to be applied to those who publish daily rental advertisements without fulfilling their legal obligations.

Advertisement Rules - Vehicle

Only information about the vehicle/product should be included in the ad title and ad description section. No advertising content should be written or links should be added in the specified sections.
The photographs and videos used in the advertisements to be published must belong to the vehicle / product being sold / rented.
Accurate information must be included in the ad entries within the specified criteria (price, km, model, etc.).
The added photos should not contain company logos or links or names of different e-commerce websites.
Photographs of a different user within the system should not be used.
Only one ad for a vehicle / product can be placed on herneburada.com.
The same advertisement that has been entered cannot be re-entered into the system by deleting the first advertisement. The address information entered by the Member when posting an advertisement is d regularly in accordance with the current data of the company from which herneburada.com receives address updating services and the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs.

Only one ad for a product can be placed on herneburada.com. If more than one ad is placed for the same product, the extra ad(s) will be removed from publication and will be deducted from the package/ad limit and will not be refunded.

How Do I Buy the Product?

Purchasing Using Your Membership

Log in with your herneburada.com membership.
Click the "Buy Now" button for the product you want to purchase.
The information about the product you want to buy is displayed on the right side of the payment page. The product to be purchased can be checked in this area. You can use the back button of the browser you are using to return to the ad.
Select/enter the address information to which the product and invoice will be delivered from the "Delivery / Invoice Address" field. The Delivery Address to which the product will be sent is ed from the "Delivery Address" field. If there is no registered delivery address or if the product is to be delivered to a different address, a new delivery address can be added with the edit button in this field or one of the registered delivery addresses can be ed. If an address different from the delivery address needs to be entered for the invoice address, a new invoice address can be added with the edit button in the "Delivery / Invoice Address" field or one of the registered addresses can be ed.
Complete your shopping by entering your payment information in the "Payment" field. If you have a registered credit card in the payment field, it will be ed. If you want to pay with a different card, you can enter the card information to be used for payment by clicking the "Pay with a Different Card" button. After entering the card information, the installment options suitable for this card will be shown for the product to be purchased. Installment ion can be made from here. With secure e-commerce management, a Distance Contract is formed between the member in the buyer position and the member in the seller position for each product purchased. This contract includes detailed information about the product purchased, its price and general provisions, along with the buyer and seller information.

If you are not a member of herneburada.com, you can complete your Secure e-Commerce transaction without becoming a member by following the steps below.
